Your right to delete your data

At Fanaura, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.

How to request data deletion

1. In-app deletion

Recommended

  1. Log in to your Fanaura account
  2. Navigate to Settings, then Account
  3. Click Delete My Account
  4. Confirm your decision

2. Email request

Send to privacy@fanaura.com

  • Subject: Data Deletion Request
  • Your account email address
  • Your full name
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

3. Fan data requests

For fans who signed up through an artist page

Email privacy@fanaura.com with the email address you used to opt in. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Personal settings and preferences
  • Connected integration tokens
  • Your access to the Fanaura dashboard

Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, billing records, and legal compliance.

Processing timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your request is complete.

Artist fan data

If you are an artist, deleting your account does not automatically delete fan records you collected through Fanaura. Contact privacy@fanaura.com if you need guidance on fan data export or deletion obligations under applicable law.
