Your Right to Delete Your Data

At Fanaura, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

In-App Deletion

Recommended

  1. 1. Log in to your Fanaura account
  2. 2. Navigate to Settings → Account
  3. 3. Click "Delete My Account"
  4. 4. Confirm your decision

Email support@fanaura.com and our team will assist you with your deletion request.

We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation upon completion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request deletion, we will remove:

Personal Information

  • • Name, email, phone number
  • • Payment information
  • • Profile and preferences
  • • Team member associations

Platform Data

  • • Fan lists and contacts
  • • Campaign history
  • • Automation flows
  • • Integration data

Communication Data

  • • SMS message logs
  • • Email campaign history
  • • Direct message content
  • • Notification preferences

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes:

Third-Party Data

If you connected third-party accounts (Instagram, Spotify, Shopify), you should also:

  1. Revoke Fanaura's access in each platform's settings
  2. Request deletion from those platforms separately if desired

We do not control data held by third-party services.

For Instagram Users

If you connected your Instagram account to Fanaura and wish to delete data associated with that connection:

  • Your Instagram username and profile data stored in Fanaura will be deleted
  • Direct message content processed through our platform will be deleted
  • Automation configurations using Instagram will be removed

To revoke Fanaura's access to your Instagram account:

  1. Go to Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find "Fanaura" and click "Remove"

For Fans (End Users)

If you signed up as a fan through an artist's Fanaura page and wish to delete your data:

  1. Unsubscribe from communications: Reply STOP to any SMS or click unsubscribe in emails
  2. Request deletion: Email privacy@fanaura.com with:
    • Your email address or phone number
    • The artist(s) you signed up for
    • Request for full data deletion

We will delete your fan profile within 30 days.

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation of deletion
  • List of data categories that were removed
  • Information about any data retained and why
