Aura Chat is the agentic system in Fanaura. It queries your fan data, builds release campaigns, and creates Flows you can open and edit in the builder. Aura Advisor on Artist Basic answers fan and release questions. Artist Pro includes Aura Manager for multi-channel release marketing.

Fan heat maps plot where your fans are located based on the contact and activity data you collect through pre-saves, RSVPs, and other touchpoints. Artists and booking agents use them to plan tours and target campaigns.

Fans verify their signup and request a notification when your release arrives. Fanaura’s native notification pre-save is not an automatic Spotify library save. It gives you an opted-in audience to notify on release day.

Fanaura automates email, SMS, and Instagram DMs through visual Flows. You can set triggers, delays, conditions, and branching logic around releases, tours, and fan activity.

Fanaura includes VIP tiers from bronze through diamond. Fans earn tokens through engagement such as pre-saves, RSVPs, and merch clicks. You define the rewards and thresholds in settings.

Fanaura does not offer a free trial or free tier. Your subscription is billed when you sign up. Each plan includes messaging credits, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Each plan includes starter messaging credits. After those credits, additional messages cost $0.0009 per email and $0.009 per SMS. You can send to your entire fanbase when you need to.

Yes. You can export your fan database from Fanaura. Fanaura does not sell or share fan data between artists.
