What is label-level marketing power?

It is the kind of release marketing major labels run for their artists: timed email and SMS flows, Instagram DMs, and campaigns built around your drop. Artist Pro plans and runs that marketing for you so you can focus on making music.

Is there a limit on emails or texts?

No. You can send to your entire fanbase anytime. Each plan includes starter messaging credits so you can get going. After that, email and SMS are billed at low at-cost rates ($0.0009 per email, $0.009 per text). Stadium-size lists work the same way: you only pay for what you send.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

When am I charged?

Your subscription is billed when you sign up. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. There is no long-term contract.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. All billing is handled securely with PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available for accidental charges reported within 30 days of billing. Contact billing@fanaura.com for assistance.
